Erez is known among manufacturers and managers in Israel as a serial social entrepreneur and a pillar of recycling and sustainability education in Israel. His activity focuses on recycling waste materials and turning them into works of art. A significant part of his social work is dedicated to the nurturing of children and teenagers with attention and concentration disorders and preparing them for a path of maximizing their abilities, preparing them for significant military service and integration into appropriate and respectful positions in the labor market

Erez produced and produces striking and attractive installations that bring together the world of design and creation with the world of parties and music. It is connected to a huge pool of great creators, designers and craftsmen who find with it an exciting and exciting channel of expression. And the audience... thrilled. In all projects circular economy methods are integrated, in aspects of raw material and energy management on the one hand, and accessibility to different communities as educational tools for encouragement

Erez built his career on having ADHD. Instead of facing the difficulties within the framework of conventional schools, he was sent to study sewing and manufacturing textile products with Adam Stevens of Shammamit Company. Upon his enlistment in the army, he became an officer in the patrol of the Defense Forces and developed auxiliary means for combat. Later, he joined Unit 81 of the Intelligence Corps, which develops weapons. Upon his release from the IDF, he worked as a professional consultant to government offices in the areas of developing textile products for soldiers, the disabled, children with disabilities and more. Along with these, Erez founded and is involved in the management of the following entities:

The founder of Netaim Pre-Military Preparatory School - the Preparatory School for Mechanics and Technology prepares youths with attention and concentration disorders for significant service in the IDF and integration as equals in the world of work and livelihood.

Founder of the Tana Youth Organization - a technological-ecological youth organization for the promotion of youth at risk.

Co-founder of Sustainable Bar - a vegan restaurant and incubator for entrepreneurs that is a role model throughout Israel.
